In Shadow (2002)
In Shadow was conceived in the fall of 2001 as a work about how compassion and kindness in face of tragedy can shift the dynamic of human interaction. Aluminum and corex sculptures designed by collaborator/architect, Joel Huffman, became jagged, angular dwellings from which the dancers struggled to exist and escape.
